Our Committment

CertBank’s Accessibility Enhancement Plan ensures our platform and all digital credentialing experiences meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards by April 2026, aligned with DOJ ADA Title II requirements.

Our approach is built on Get Efficient’s LEAN principles — focusing on value creation, waste reduction, and continuous improvement. We’re not just checking compliance boxes; we’re creating a sustainable, inclusive user experience for every learner, partner, and administrator.

Although CertBank (by Get Efficient) is a private vendor, many of our partners are public institutions subject to these deadlines. To support them, we are targeting April 2026 for full compliance — a full year before smaller entities’ obligations — ensuring partners can include CertBank in their institutional compliance documentation confidently.
